Fig jam is covered with fresh Mozzarella in this flatbread. Prosciutto brings balance to the sweet jam. Spicy Salad microgreens add zest- while a drizzle of balsamic glaze brings everything together.
Ingredients (2 flatbreads):
2 pre-made flatbreads
1 clove garlic, minced
4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
8 ounces buratta
6 ounces sliced prosciutto
Red pepper flakes
1 cup spicy salad microgreens
Preheat oven according to flatbread instructions.
Brush the frozen flatbreads with fig jam. Cover with minced garlic, and top with burrata onto the crust. Put the crust into the oven and bake according to flatbread instructions (until cheese is melted and bubbling)
Take the pizza out of the oven and top with the sliced prosciutto and spicy salad microgreens. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle on some red pepper flakes.
