Anti-Inflammation Berry Smoothie w/Broccoli Microgreens

If you experience inflammation- start your day with this refreshing smoothie. Berries, ginger, & microgreens are some of the best foods to reduce inflammation.

Ingredients (Serves 1-2):
1 cup Blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup Cherries, fresh pitted
1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen
1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup Blackberries, frozen
1 cup Vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
1-2 cups Super Green Microgreens
1-2 tbsp honey
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy!
