Anti-Inflammation Berry Smoothie w/Broccoli Microgreens

If you experience inflammation- start your day with this refreshing smoothie. Berries, ginger, & microgreens are some of the best foods to reduce inflammation.

Ingredients (Serves 1-2):
  • 1 cup Blueberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Cherries, fresh pitted

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Blackberries, frozen

  • 1 cup Vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground

  • 1-2 cups Super Green Microgreens

  • 1-2 tbsp honey

Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy!
