Pea Microgreens

Pea tendrils have a high amount of vitamin K- which helps the body make proteins for healthy bones and tissues

They bring significantly more Vitamin E than mature spinach (an excellent source of vitamin E)

Pea Microgreens offer a stellar nutrient to calorie ratio. One serving (1 Cup) of shoots will provide 2g of protein and 3g of dietary fiber. Dietary fiber helps to control body weight and regulate the metabolism.  

Shoots are rich in Vitamin C and Iron. Consuming just 1 Cup of pea microgreens can provide an adult with 50% of their Daily Recommended Amount (DRA) of Vitamin C and 10% DRA of iron.

Our pea shoots go great with just about any curry. Try this yellow curry with some seared scallops for an exotic meal at home! 


Mix your favorite veggies with our pad Thai sauce and throw it on some rice  noodles before topping w/ pea microgreens 


Pea shoots are blended into a creamy sauce with ricotta and lemon juice. Sprinkle more pea shoots on top and stir up a perfect spring pasta!
